Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Complete virtual training through the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) to conduct Public Opinion Surveys
  • Conduct Public Opinion Surveys on attitudes surrounding secondhand smoke exposure and tobacco use (in-person only in San Gabriel Valley, California)
  • Analyze data and present findings to staff, partners, and LACDPH staff
  • Facilitate and develop program agendas, such as tabling events
  • Build health, psychosocial, and policy knowledge regarding tobacco use and public health in general
  • Attend weekly staff meetings (hybrid) and weekly planning meetings (virtual)
  • Attend monthly task force meetings (optional)
